Required skills:

• - 5 yrs lease operation experience
• - High corrosion (H2S) operating conditions
• - Surface Facilities (separation, SWD, compressors, pumps)
• - Sucker Rod Pumping
• - Dynacard and Fluid Level measurements with Echometer equipment
• - Horizontal wells
• - Good record keeping
• - Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• - Familiarity with NM regulations

Preferred skills:

• - POC and VSD

Desired skills:

• - Workover supervision experience
• - FieldDirect software

Duties include:

• - Gauging and reporting of all the information relevant to field operations (daily report) and close communication with the head office when necessary.
• - Identifying equipment failures. Repairing minor failures when possible, otherwise coordinating the repairs with vendors.
• - Keeping track of spendings with daily progress and cost reporting on larger projects.
• - Keeping equipment in good mechanical condition and conducting preventive maintenance.
